Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

FAQs
Do I have to be a business to receive quantity discounts?
No. Our discounts are based on the quantity of products purchased. However, businesses and nonprofits who register with us have the opportunity to receive continuous discounts no matter the quantities purchased.
Do I have to order all of the same item/design to receive a discount?
No. Our most common item sold to businesses and to the individual consumer is customized with a person's name. To ensure our customers received the best pricing, we have decided to forgo what other businesses do and instead allow a per piece pricing system. This means that no matter what you put on your tumbler or custom wood pen, as long as it is all at once, we apply the same discount scale to everything. If you need 10 pens and 10 tumblers, you'll receive the discount that applies to 20 items!
