Returnable Blanks
Returnable blanks are best for those who would like to see multiple color options, styles and sizes without decoration. You can order up to 10 garments at a time in various brands, styles and colors to get a feel for what garment you would like to use for your company apparel. Blanks will not be decorated with any branding and can be returned for a full refund or the balance paid can be applied to your order.
Terms and Conditions
We allow 1 piece of each size per garment style to be ordered at a time. Garments must be returned within 30 days of arrival to qualify for a refund. Garments must be returned in unused, unworn & unwashed condition with all original tags attached. Garments returned within 30 days and in acceptable condition will be refunded in full minus shipping charges or balance may be applied to your order placed minus shipping charges. If garments are returned after 30 days or in unacceptable condition, your order will not be refunded and garments will be sent back to you. Blanks are charged based on MSRP and have no discounts.
Decorated Samples
Decorated Samples are great for those who are looking for a new decorator for their apparel. Decorated samples are limited to 1 garment per brand, regardless of color or size and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Decorated samples are custom made with your logo in your choice of logo application. *Screen Printed samples will have a set up fee, if you would like to feel a generic screen print we can provide a sample at no extra charge; garment provided will be what we have in stock.*
Terms and Conditions
We allow 1 piece of each style of garment to be ordered at a time, up to 10 garments, regardless of size and color. Garment prices will be in full with no discounts applied. If an order is placed within 60 days of receiving decorated samples, order quantity discount will be applied to the samples as a discount on the final order.
For Example: If a customer orders 1 Tee at full price as a decorated sample and after 30 days reaches out and places an order of 500 tees; the customer now qualifies for a discount of 501 pieces. Since the customer paid full price for 1 tee, the balance that they over paid for the sample is now due as a refund. This refund would be applied as a discount on the customers order.
