Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to request a refund. Please note refunds may not be available on all orders.


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before production has started. If production has already started on your order, we can stop production and refund for the amount not produced, but all items produced must be paid for in full. If you made your order by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible so we may cancel and refund.


Delivery Policy

For orders requiring shipping, provider information and a tracking number will be provided when the product has been shipped. Please contact us if you have any questions about your shipment.


Picture It Engraving is not responsible for shipping delays and will not provide order compensation for late orders. All shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. If you need an item by a specific date we will do all we can to get it shipped in a timely manner - we have no control over shipping couriers and their delays.


Orders lost in transit are eligible for reshipment once the courier has confirmed that it is lost.


Orders stuck in transit must wait an allotted amount of days for the courier to conduct an investigation to determine if the package is lost or stuck in transit. Stuck packages must be deemed lost before reshipment can occur. Stuck packages do not qualify for compensation as delivery times are not guaranteed.


Mockup, Size & Color Disclaimer

We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors of products shown on this website. Due to the inconsistencies of various display monitors, the color you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product. Screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. When placing your order, you are acknowledging this fact and waive any claim of dissatisfaction due to color.

We do not guarantee exact color matches of logos submitted due to variations in inks per design process. If you require exact pantone matches, please contact our team for a personalized color test.

Mockup Disclaimer:

We strive to display as accurately as possible the size at which your decoration will be upon your personalized item. Due to personal interpretations and the inability to exactly measure mockups, especially those created using our online designer or on XL garments, mockups and the final product may not be an exact match. Our team follows strict sizing guidelines, and only deviates from these per customer request. You can find these sizing guidelines on our website and you may contact our team at any time to verify design sizing or to place a custom sizing request. When placing your order, you acknowledge that mockups are only a visual representation and waive any claim of dissatisfaction due to sizing discrepancies. 


If you require an exact size, or would like to see a sample before production starts, please contact our team for a personalized sizing test.
